It seems like we don’t see much of Nicky Hilton spending some one on one time with Momma Hilton…ever.  It’s always big sister Paris there for the photo-op.

But since Paris is a world away, Nicky took advantage of this time with Kathy and the two went shoe shopping in West Hollywood earlier today.  They made sure to stop at the favorites: Petrozilla, Hillary Rush, and Christian Louboutin’s shoe shop.  Looks like they ended up with quite a few bags too in the end.
