Jessica Simpson made sure she gave the birthday boy - boyfriend Tony Romo - the star treatment while the two partied at the Suite for Tony’s birthday on Saturday night. The football stud actually didn’t turn 28 until today (April 21st) but that didn’t stop from the festivities getting rowdy!

At one point Jess sang happy birthday to her man (eek!) and then they cut the cake. The cowboy themed cake was cut in the shape of a Dallas Cowboy’s star with a number nine (his jersey number) in the center.

“She licked cake from his face as everyone cheered them on. It was quite a spectacle,” says one club insider. “But they looked really happy together. Jessica had blue icing all over her hands and mouth and Tony was laughing.”
