Nicole Richie barely avoided an up skirt moment (lucky for her no photogs were there at the moment!) while on her way to a television studio.  The new mommy is reportedly talk with best friend Paris Hilton into having a double wedding with their two men (Benji and Joel Madden).

An inside source claims that Paris and Nicole are planning the double wedding to ‘make millions’ from all of the publicity/endorsements.  “[Paris] is doing it all for attention, as usual. It’s a publicity stunt, just like everything else.”

Sounds just like the two of them.  I bet they’ll get a divorce at the same time too!
