Haylie Duff was spotted leaving a Toluca Lake medical building on Wednesday. The actress/singer has been looking at apartments with her boyfriend and has an animated film coming out in the following months called “Foodfight!”. Younger sis Hilary Duff also did a voice-over for the project.
