Lauren Conrad showed up at the club Boulevard 3 on Sunset to celebrate Stephanie Pratt’s birthday.  Considering that Lauren is bitter enemies with Spencer Pratt (Stephanie’s brother) and with his girlfriend (and ex-best friend) Heidi Montag, I’m surprised the girls were civil enough to party together!

All the ladies of “The Hills” turned out for the big celebration in Hollywood, California.  Brody Jenner left the party early after having an argument with a guest.  Was it perhaps ex-girlfriend Lauren Conrad?  Who knows.
