Lauren Conrad looked gorgeous in her usual black dress while attending the White House Correspondents dinner last night held at the Washington Hilton hotel in Washington, DC. Does anyone else notice that when Lauren goes to “important” events she’s almost always dressed in a simple black dress?  I wonder if she’s afraid of being too fashion forward and instead just opts for the regular little black dress.  Regardless of that, she still looks amazing.

Also in attendance were bitter rivals Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.  I wonder if they played nice just for the one night or even if President Bush knew about the rivalry?
