Emmy Rossum showed up at the launch party for the Scarlett HD TV Series last night in West Hollywood at the Pacific Design Center.  The actress walked the carpet with celebrities like Lindsay Lohan, Lauren Conrad, and Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, but far outshone any of them.  Look how naturally beautiful she is!
