While being questioned on a radio interview, Benji Madden call girlfriend Paris Hilton “wife material” and that marrying her soon would not be out of the question.

“We were in love before anyone even knew we were together. We have known each other for a long time, and I’ve always known the real Paris. I always knew that she was like…wife material or serious girlfriend material. You just want to get on top of a mountain and go, I’m in love! But your fans would probably make fun of you.”

When asked about their wedding plans, Benji revealed that it might be sooner than we all expected!

“Nothing would make me happier. Wow, all right. Ok. I’m not gonna bet against you on that. We’ll see. I’m very, very happy right now.”

It seems these two are moving pretty fast and I’m wondering if they’re still in the “honeymoon love” stage.  In Hollywood, the extravagant lifestyle can make people believe crazy things….make things seem surreal.  But once they’re a married couple and face problems like everyone else, will they be able to make it through?
