Amy Winehouse passed the time chatting away on her cell phone while waiting for a pizza delivery outside a recording studio in Henley, England on Monday.  The singer is known for her skimpy outfits and her habit to walk around in just a bra and short shorts.  But her rep says that it’s just Amy enjoying her time in the sun.

“The sun makes people do crazy things. Walking around in your bra in your own garden when it’s hot out isn’t all that crazy. She doesn’t care about having her picture taken like that. She wouldn’t even think about that. It’s Amy being Amy – she doesn’t care what people think.”

If she’s enjoying it so much then why haven’t we seen her get any darker at all? Maybe the sun over in England isn’t as strong. Doesn’t it rain a lot?

Former Spice Girl, Geri Halliwell headed out into the shopping district on London, England on Monday to do a little retail therapy.  The singer has been spending more and more time with her daughter and new boyfriend but manages to work in some “me time” before she gets burnt out.
