New parents Nicole Richie and Joel Madden start to get the hang of things while out for a morning coffee run in Los Angeles, California on Friday.  Nicole handled the baby stroller while Joel juggled the coffee cups.  Baby Harlow Winter was wrapped snuggly in her baby carriage enjoying the time with her parents.  These two have become quite the model parents, don’t you see?
