Heidi Klum may only be in New York City for her show “Project Runway” but Heidi makes sure to spend some quality time with her children before heading back to work for the week.

Heidie was spotted with three nannies and her mom on Tuesday eating lunch at the trendy eartery Bar Pitti before heading over to an ice cream store to get some treats for the children.  But that wasn’t enough to satisfy son Johan who threw a temper tantrum in the middle of the streets.
