When not working on the set of “Gossip Girls” on screen and off screen lovers Blake Lively and Penn Badgley were spotted walking hand in hand while in the Meatpacking district of New York City on Thursday. Blake was looking like the perfect casual girlfriend while Penn kept his style laid back yet stylish.
