Ever since her DUI arrest in 2007 new mommy Nicole Richie has been faithful serving her sentence at traffic school.  But it’s not over any time soon, reports are that the actress as a little over a year to complete until she’s off the hook with the court.

As for playing mother to baby Harlow, Nicole is anxious to have another baby so Harlow has a playmate growing up.  The last thing you want is a spoiled rich kid!
