What did they invite the paparazzi into the are where they’ll be having a martial arts lesson?  Otherwise how did they get such clear photos??

Heidi Montag and her boyfriend Spencer Pratt were seen taking a lesson in mixed martial arts on Thursday afternoon at the Rickson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Internation fighting school with martial artist Kevin Rickson.

Spencer has been working on a reality show with UFC fighter Kevin Casey for MTV.  It looks like he’s definitely doing his research but I bet he is sore today!
