I see that Avril Lavinge still hasn’t grown out of her teenage rocker style that we saw her in from the beginning (she started in the business at 17 years old).   Even marriage hasn’t convinced the singer/songwriter that she needs to mature in her style choices as well.

 Here is Avril exiting from her appearance on Live with Regis and Kelly. 

Avril Lavinge basically summed up Hollywood “It” girls in two words: The Ivy and Robertson Boulevard.  Check out this dead on quote….

“I think a lot of the Hollywood girls, I won’t get into names, are obsessed with the paparazzi. They call them or go to the Ivy (restaurant) so they’ll be seen and followed for the rest of the day. I won’t go shopping on Robertson Boulevard in LA, because it’s so cheesy. I would feel lame. it’s embarrassing.”

That’s why we don’t like to hear their crap about how the paparazzi stalk them - they do it intentionally!

A Socialite’s Life

Avril Lavinge spent some time shopping with her husband Deryck Whibley on Robertson’s Boulevard this weekend.  I remember when I first heard of Avril’s marriage.  I was shocked and yet happy for her! Most of her songs had an angry and frustrated tone, and I’m so glad that she’s found happiness.  After all her hard work of years of touring and writing new albums she deserves a good break and a place to call home with someone she loves!

Avril Lavinge still knows how to party with her husband Deryck Whilbey even after the two got married.  Who said married couples couldn’t have fun?  Here are the two at the club Hyde in LA last night.
