Britney Spears received a very special phone call from ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake recently while out to eat with her father Jamie Spears. 

Justin was worried about Britney’s health, and called [Britney’s dad] Jamie Spears, Jamie was dining with Britney at the Katsuya restaurant. Britney asked her dad “Are you sure he wants to talk to me?”

“She was very excited and shaking,” said a witness

I’m so glad that Justin is reaching out to Britney. I don’t believe those rumors that Brit had a shrine dedicated to him, and I’m glad those rumors didn’t freak him out.

Britney Spears is back with her former manager Larry Rudolph after cutting him off of her career last year since she was convinced he was involved in some plot with her parents to get money from Britney.  But now Brit has realized that Larry has only helped her career progress, and she has been convinced to let him take the reigns again. 

“Britney wants to get back to work,” a friend of the Spears family tells Us. “People close to Britney know that Larry is the best person for her. He’s the man who can get her back on the right track career-wise.”

The two — who stopped talking last year after Spears blamed him for forcing her into rehab — had a “mostly personal meeting,” the source adds. “They had a normal conversation, and it was very friendly and warm. There was no animosity.”

Says the source, “Larry just wanted to see her. He is still extremely close to the family and really cares about her and wanted to spend some time with her.”

I’m glad that Brit is taking some measures at resurrecting her career. Maybe she’ll find her pride again and start taking better care of herself.

  Madonna has a lot to say about Britney. She’s released a couple of statements and done interviews with magazine  such as Vanity Fair and has opted to talk more about the popstar than about herself.

  “When you think about the way people treat each other in Africa, about witchcraft and people inflicting cruelty and pain on each  other, then come back here and, you know, people taking pictures of people when they’re in their homes, being taken to hospitals,  or suffering, and selling them, getting energy from them, that’s a terrible infliction of cruelty. So who’s worse off?”  she asked  

  Madonna should stop creating more press about Britney and keep her out in the spotlight. It’s getting to be a bit much. She’s all talk now.

Britney Spears has been taking better care of herself, and was seen exiting a dentist’s office on Wednesday afternoon in Studio City, California.  On her way out Britney clutched to the hand of her bodyguard, making their way through the throng of paprazzi.

Could we be ruining another life?  Ever since Britney Spears has gotten her life a little toned down (mainly due to father Jamie Spears), there are more tabloids featuring the face of Miley Cyrus - Disney’s latest pet project.

“Over the weekend, there were less than a half dozen covering Britney. Yet there were 30 in the pack covering Miley Cyrus. Most of them were Britney regulars, but they want something new and fresh. It’s moved on to Miley.”

I just hope that Miley stays strong and we don’t have another mental case on our hands 10 years down the road.  But it looks like Miley has a strong base of people around her keeping her grounded.
