Courntey Cox
kept up to date on her friend’s lives while chatting up on the cell phone and then joining a female friend later for dinner at the restaurant Nobu. Courtney recently admitted that she’s looking to expand her family with husband David Arquette. Courtney’s pregnancy past includes one miscarriage which means her next pregnancy would be high risk factoring in her medical history and her age (it’s not recommended at Courtney’s age).
“I do want to have another one. I don’t know how to achieve that at my age, but I would like to have one more.”
But regardless of all the complications, the couple are sure they want to expand their family, even if that means adopting. When asked about adoption as an option, Daivd commented,
“We would adopt in a second.”
I think adoption is a wonderful thing. I have friends who are adopted and I know they are thankful they have a stable home now!

Courtney Cox was looking a little beat up after leaving the Melrose Bar&Grill on Thursday afternoon. I’m thinking that it probably comes from just having kids. Court could also just be one of those people who bleed easily…you never know.
