Hugh Hefner was so turned on by the pictures of 15 year old Miley Cyrus (topless in VF) that he’s offered her a job for when she turns 18!

She’d be welcomed in the magazine. Very pretty lady.

Hugh also thinks that American overreacted when those pictures came out.

I think to make such a big to do over something as innocent as those photos, I think is a reflection on how schizophrenic America is about sexuality.

What do you think of all of this? Do you think that 15 year olds should be allowed to pose topless and let it be acceptable? Kids should have their innocence and no matter what is said, a 15 year is still not an adult mentally or physically.

I swear I’m almost done posting about the Vanity Fair topless scandal with Miley Cyrus! But here is a quote from the father of the Jonas Brothers, Kevin Jonas Sr, that says he just “feels bad” for the whole issue and for Miley’s family.

“I just feel bad. We love them. We just feel bad [for the family].”

It seems like things are starting to die down though. But Disney has keep good to their word of keeping Miley out of sight. I usually find TONS of pictures to post of the popstar either heading to get some coffee or going to a recording studio, but ever since the topless pics I can’t find ONE single photo of the young celeb out.

Lauren Conrad has an open mind when it comes to naked 15 year olds being pimped out for money.  When asked about the Miley Cyrus topless pictures, Lauren had no problem voicing her mind.

“I found it a bit silly. I thought she looked beautiful in the pictures. I didn’t find it that inappropriate. Being young and in the spotlight “is difficult. It’s a lot of pressure on her since she is a role model, but I think she’s doing a good job.”

Yeah she’s doing a GREAT job showing 15 year old girls that it’s okay to pose nude.  Yes, she was wearing pants, BUT SHE WAS TOPLESS!  Don’t try to dumb it down into something that’s just “silly”.  It IS inappropriate!

  • Comments Off on Hilary Duff on Miley’s Topless pictures

Hilary Duff commented on the topless photographs taken of Miley Cyrus for the latest issue of Vanity Fair.

“Everyone goes through things and takes their own path,” Duff said Monday a press event for her new movie War Inc. “Who am I to judge decisions that she made?”

Miley is a huge fan if Hilary, but Hilary says this is not something she would have done.

“People are pushing you to do something, and if you want to do it, that’s your choice, you know?” added the singer-actress. “It’s not what I would choose to do, but if she did then that’s fine. That’s her choice.”

Hilary says that having good people surround you and including others in decisions is what helped her stay solid.

“I’ve had a lot of help from people,” she says. “It’s a joint effort with my family and everyone helping me balance my life.”

I’m glad that Hilary has not posed topless, but she’s not involving herself in more adult geared films like her latest flick “War Inc” which includes a scene where she puts a scorpion down her pants.

Disney executives have decided to pull the plug on Miley Cyrus after the scandal with the topless photos in Vanity Fair.

“You won’t be seeing her for a while. The company is keeping her away from events … They’re trying to keep her contained.”

That sounds like a pretty good idea, but they really shouldn’t have ever let this happen in the first place.

Annie Leibovitz, the photographer of the controversial topless photo of young teenage star Miley Cyrus spoke out about the rising intensity of the leaked photographs.

“I’m sorry that my portrait of Miley has been misinterpreted,” says Leibovitz in a statement issued Monday. “Miley and I looked at fashion photographs together and we discussed the picture in that context before we shot it. The photograph is a simple, classic portrait, shot with very little makeup, and I think it is very beautiful.”

In the pictures below you can see Miley’s father Billy Rae Cyrus talking with Annie on set.  It seems like it was all just one big confusion, but Miley still can’t take back what she’s done.  And I think this will hurt her career forever.

Actress Jamie Lee Curtis spoke out to the Huffington Post about the topless photos of the young starlet Miley Cyrus.

When these young people get all dressed up for award show red-carpet events don’t we all comment how beautiful, stunning and grown-up they look in their strapless/backless dresses and heels and tousled hair? None of this is new. None of this should be news. But it is news because it is a business. It is all Business. It is called Show Business. Show Abyss-ness! I call it Show-OFF Business. You throw a child onto the jaws of a business and they will get eaten.

I know how Miley feels. I too was a little embarrassed by my recent topless “scandal” and the subsequent parodies, but I am an adult woman. I protected myself during the shoot and I can take the heat. I only wish that her guardians had protected her.

I agree completely that her parents/guardians should have protected her youthful innocence and not flash her naked body across the magazine pages and internet blogs.
