Britney Spears @ Generation Rescue Benefit

For the FIRST time in a VERY long time pop star Britney Spears made an appearance at the Generation Rescue benefit fundraiser last night in Hollywood, California.

The event was hosted by Jim Carrey and long time girlfriend Jenny McCarthy with a mission to “continue to discover and share the truth with families about the potential cause of their child’s Neurological Disorders so they can focus on effective treatments.”

Also along for the event was Hugh Hefner who brought along his three ladies – Holly Maddison, Kendra Wilkinson, and Bridget Marquardet.

I think Britney is looking GREAT here! What a change from the past two years! Hopefully she’ll keep this up. Just stay off the party circuit!
